Geez, I was so confused figuring out how to use the wash bowl in Italy. No knob, no censor, nothing. Until I looked down and voila! You have to step on that thing down there to make the water comes out. Hmm… worth taking picture of.
On our way to Florence from Nice, our tour stopped at Pisa for a lunch break. Our tour leader set a little challenge for all of us, to take the most creative, one of a kind photo with a pisa tower. There would be a gift for the winner. Of course we didn't win haha.
さて、Florence here we come. Honestly, I'm a bit ashamed telling you that I didn't recall any information regarding its landmarks and statues. What I remember of Florence is its many squares and statues, and that's about it. Well, we did have a local tour guide explaining about Florence in details during walking tour. But we were busy taking pictures of the beautiful landmarks. Ironically, we can't tell anything about the building in the photo LOL.
After the walking tour, we had dinner provided and then there was also a dance party for our tour back in the hotel. But me and hubby decided to ditch the party and went out for a long night walk. We bought a cute little vespa ornament from a vintage shop.
Beware of the person trying to hand you a rose or a flower of any kind or a souvenir. Once you hold it, they can really force you to buy! Just give them a polite no-no.
